We provide a 14 day no-risk money back guarantee on all items bought online, not including any delivery costs. In order for a returns request to be accepted, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your item and we will send you a returns form including a return address. You will need to return the item in the same condition as was supplied, and will need to arrange the return at your own cost. Once the item has been received, your money will be refunded. Refunds may take up to 5 days to process.
Please note that (unless the item is faulty):
• we are unable to accept refund requests more than 14 days after receipt.
• the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, as is the responsibility for ensuring that the return is not lost or damaged in transit. We advise you to use a signed for delivery service.
• the item must be in the same condition as it was when it arrived, and packed appropriately and in a way to avoid damage.
• Commissioned, bespoke and made or printed to order items are not eligible for the 14 day money back guarantee (unless faulty).
If the item is faulty, or has arrived damaged, please ensure that appropriate photos are taken and sent to us, so that it will assist us with finding out what went wrong. Please contact us as soon as possible after you are aware of the issue. Items damaged prior to your receipt will be refunded in full. Items damaged post delivery will not be accepted.
